  1. How can I make a payment? 

Fashion Daily provides a flexible payment, all payments can be made through Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Elo, Venmo or debit and credit card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, Discover, Diners Club).

For quicker payment option you may use “Shop Pay”.

  1. How will I know if my order is processed?

We usually process and prepare your order once placed and will be shipped out immediately. You will receive a copy of your AWB or tracking number via email. However, orders will not be processed or shipped during weekends or holidays.

  1. What if I ordered a wrong size?

Fashion Daily is not responsible for any wrong size delivered to the customer. We suggest to please check your correct size before placing your order (size charts are shown in each of the product with full details). You can contact us immediately so we can correct your order.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

USA Orders:

Once shipped, your package will be delivered to you within 3 to 4 days via USPS Standard.

International Orders:

All International orders will be shipped through DHL or FedEx. Your package will be delivered to you within 5 to 10 days.

  1. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change your shipping address by dropping us an email with the complete new shipping address. Fashion Daily will not be held liable for lost or undelivered packages, so please ensure that you will provide your correct and complete shipping address.

  1. What happens in case I am not available when you deliver the package?

The shipping company will come again to your place. We advise that you should plan and anticipate accordingly or coordinate with someone who can accept the package on behalf of you. The shipping company will contact you once they will deliver the package.

 

  1. What are the shipping charges? Do I have to pay for it?

Orders with a value of over USD 75.00 will get free shipping otherwise a flat rate of USD 4.99 will be added upon checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout for all international orders.

 

  1. Duties and Taxes

 Customs fees are not applicable for all orders within the U.S however there will be a tax amount imposed upon checkout.

For all international orders, duties and taxes depend on your country’s jurisdiction. Fashion Daily does not cover duties and taxes and we do not have any control on it.

 

  1. Can I return or exchange my order?

You can return your order within 30 days from the delivery date. However you will be responsible for arranging the return. Please take note the tracking number and email it to us.

We do not offer an exchange, hence once the item is returned to us, a full purchase amount will be refunded back to your account.

 

  1. How will I know if you have future promotions?

We suggest that you please subscribe on our newsletter to know our future promotions or current sale.

 

  1. Is registration on the website compulsory?

No, as our customer you have the right to register by creating a profile or not the reason why we have quick option payment to give the freedom to skip filling out several information.
